Yash Sachdeva, commonly known by his stage name Crappy Dude, is a 19-year-old boy from Solan who is an aspiring record producer, songwriter and Singer in Indian hip hop, Punjabi and Hindi music.
In 2016, at the age of 12, he started studying music production, from where he got to know about the music industry. He always wanted to do something else in music besides the Hindi music industry. This was one of the main motivations for choosing this area. Then in 2017 he toured in a small town SolanLater that year he started creating instrumental music of Bollywood songs. He did this for about two years but later realized it wasn’t working towards his bigger goals. So he decided to make his own music at a higher level. So he gave up the idea of remixing and creating instrumental of bollywood songs and started producing and composing his own music.
During this time he started making hip hop, hindi and punjabi music for his audience. Because of this hip-hop and hindi music, his family and friends encouraged him to take the next step towards his goal. That’s when he started singing also and writing his own songs lyrics.later that year he also collaborated with India’s fastest growing music, film production and distribution company “Tunetradr Records”. Tunetradr Records has a catalog of more than 10,000 tracks in all languages and genres.
Crappy’s All songs are also available on all OTT Platforms like Spotify & Apple Music.In 2020, his friends as well as many people from other states began contacting him to record songs and producing beats for their songs and mixing and mastering. It was a stage he had always wanted to come to.In 2021, after years of hard work and dedication, he opened his own studio in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. As we know, opening a personal studio is the dream of many aspiring artists. So he made his dream come true with hard work and passion.
Several famous artists approached him to produce and compose their songs. This was a turning point in his music career, he waited a long time.Finally, here’s a recent project from his journey. He has collaborated with one of the biggest lyricist from Naina Tikkar named Himanshu Bhardwaj also known as Honey . He and crappy dude together made a song named gangster type which was a successful project. The song was published by Tunetradr records.
